Matthew brings more than 18 years of financial, operational and marketing experience to Kibel Green. With a focus on the financials, Matthew specializes in helping the firm's middle market clients in a variety of areas including cash flow maximization, strategic and business plan development and operational improvement.
Prior to joining Kibel Green, Matthew was a GM at Dyson where he built the U.S. Commercial Division and led the launch of its flagship product, The Dyson Airblade™. During his tenure at Plantronics, he headed both the Commercial Aviation Business and the Sales Operations teams. Earlier in his career, Matthew held a variety of financial and product management roles in the consumer goods, wireless communications, and commercial products industries.
Matthew began his career in Deloitte's San Francisco practice where he became a Certified Public Accountant. He has an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a BS from the University of San Francisco.
