Professional Experience:

Dick Alston brings to Kibel Green more than 30 years of experience in the areas of finance, operations and marketing. Having served as a COO, CFO and consultant for public and private companies in manufacturing, business service outsourcing, and financial services industries, Dick possesses a wide range of business experience. His approach to problem solving is pragmatic, searching for and delivering solutions that are practical, cost effective and create measurable results.

In his prior roles before joining Kibel Green, Dick was involved in many projects the success of which were defined by improving companies' key performance indicators and establishing methods to measure these improvements. His experience is international in scope, having managed operations in Europe, South America and Canada. He has had significant experience integrating diverse operations, having acquired more than 20 companies in his career.

Dick holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
